Rubber Fab offers a wide variety of high purity sanitary non-metallic fittings for the Bio/Pharm industry. Our non-metallic fittings meet USP Class VI and FDA requirements for contact with pharmaceutical products and are compatible with Tri-Clamp® fittings. Available in Polypropylene and PVDF, these fittings have excellent chemical resistance and are extremely inert to most medias.

While both materials are autoclavable, PVDF will withstand higher temperatures than that of polypropylene before breaking down. See below for more information on the temperature rating:

  • Polypropylene (PP) 32°F to 275°F
  • PVDF -40°F to 280°F
